Saturday, July 16, 2016. We’re holding our annual MVG landscape tours which will include our All-America Selections Display Garden.

All-America Selections winners exude superior qualities which earned them this prestigious award. Think of the AAS award as a stamp of approval: these plants are guaranteed by impartial judges to perform well in backyard gardens across the nation. How do they know? Gardeners, just like you, grew the plants (and many others that did not win) across the nation in their own back yards and then voted on them. Only those judged to perform well all across the nation earned the award.

Does anyone else “test” their plants? We do!

MVG grows 90% of our plants from seed or rooted cuttings. Gardening is our passion and we pride ourselves on growing the best plants around. We want to make sure you will be happy when those flowers grow in your garden. So we test varieties in our own beds to see how well they perform.
