2020 Test Poinsettias

This year, Meadow View Growers received seventy new varieties of test poinsettias. These plants are from poinsettia breeders in the Midwest looking at creating new poinsettia varieties or perfecting previous versions. We have been growing them since September so Cincinnati Flower Growers Association (CFGA) members, horticultural professionals and MVG customers can view and evaluate them as well as vote for their favorites. The evaluation and votes on these trial varieties help determine which new varieties of poinsettias will potentially be offered for sale throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton area in the future.

After being evaluated and voted on, these test poinsettias are available for purchase at Meadow View Growers starting on December 9th.
