At Meadow View Growers we help our guests succeed in their gardens by offering top quality plants, individualized plant recommendations, and plant care education. If you are unhappy with your plant choice you are welcome to return or exchange it within 48 hours of time of purchase.
Additional Warranty
Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date. Any tree or shrub installation made by MVG personnel will receive a one-year warranty in addition to our Green Thumb Guarantee.
Plant Care
Meadow View Growers cannot be responsible for plant damage or death beyond our control. This includes improper planting, over/under watering, plants in containers, animal or insect or disease damages, and extreme weather conditions. Replacement plants, perennials (including trees and shrubs) discounted 25% or more, evergreen trees sold in November-December, and non-hardy plants (annuals, tropical plants, house plants and succulents, tender bulbs, etc.) are not guaranteed.
Exchange Policy
All plant exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt and the defective plant. Canceled checks or copies of credit card charges are not acceptable instead of receipts. We are not able to look up copies of past receipts. In instances when an exchange is not possible, an in-store credit will be issued.
Hard-Goods
Hard-goods including gift ware, pottery, and fountains may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange if in salable condition. No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
