: I started seeds too early indoors. Plants are now sending up the tendrils. What can I do until it's time to transplant outside. I live in Vancouver, B.C. No frost, but cool daytime temperatures. Can I cut them back? Thanks.
TRISH: If no frost plant them outside, they will do much better. It will slow them down and that would be good. MVG Plant Dr.
