Maria, I have about 15 calla Lillys growing right now. I planted the first of those the first weekend of Feburary. I purchased nine bulbs from WalMart (the rest from Park Seed) and planted them in three 24inch window boxes (too crowded, I think). They took about three weeks to show themselves, six of the nine are now up and one has a blossom. Two others bulbs I planted in my flower bed and five I planted into a 14inch pot. They like partial sun, so if you can get them in a window that gets several hours of direct sun, maybe south facing, they should do ok. They seem to like moist but well drained soil which is more controlable in pots. Use the biggest pot you can manage.
