: Do you carry any of the above items? If so,which ones. If not,do you know of a local source for these plants? Thanks. Linda Brock

LINDA: We grow the ornamental cabbage and kale for the fall season. They are day length sensative and will grow long, unsightly stems if planted in the spring and allowed to grow through to the fall season.
Our seeds are planted in July and the plants will be ready for purchase the end of August or early September.
The best time to enjoy these plants is in the fall when the frost causes them to "color up", they can last up until Christmas. MVG Plant Dr.
