Even though these plants like most to full sun, I have some that gets very little sun and are doing great. I got lucky though I believe. They like well drained soil with a neutral pH. Be careful not to over fertilize them. Use a fertilizer with a low first number (N) and a high last number (K). You may want to add a small amount of bone meal when planting them.
