DANIELLE: We grow several varieties of Lisianthus and it took us about 4 years to become proficient. It is native to the deserts so it likes well drained, full sun conditions. It is very suseptible to root rot so do NOT over water. Plant later in the season if you are in northern clims so the soil will be warm.
They make great cut flowers, good lasting qualities. Moderate fertilizer rates are adequate. If you grow in containers be sure to use a high quality potting soil like Scott's Potting Soil. MVG Plant Dr.
