I am purchasing 15 5' Blue Spruce trees in a few days to form
a sound barrier from the road noise. I live in northern
Michigan and the soil in my yard consists of black dirt for 1'
and then mostly moist sand. I have three 20 ft Blue Spruce trees currently
growing in the yard.
What preparation for the transplanting would you recommend?
Hole size, any soil conditioning, spacing between, etc?
Would they need much watering at first?
