I planted a wisteria about seven years ago, following the instructions to the letter. So far, no blooms. I've tried fertilizing, pruning, not pruning, and everything else I can think of. I've read that, in addition to spring flowers, the plant should also have green seed pods in the fall. So far, there have been none. Is it possible I have a male plant that will never bloom? It's about one season from being removed if I can't get blooms.
