: what is the least amount of sun i can get away with having black-eyed susans in my garden ?
Dear Andrea,
About six hours. Black Eye Susans can grow in shade but will tend to have a more open habit and not quite as many flowers. I have them in spots where they are shaded in the morning and get afternoon sun. They seem fine.
Best wishes,
