: We recently moved into a house with labernum trees in the garden. Since we have a little toddler, we are quite concerned about anecdotes regarding poisonous berries.
Anybody any idea how dangerous it is? Should I chop the tress down?
Thanks a lot for any shared wisdom

LEMMY: I'm not sure what labernum is, I'm familiar with Viburnum and Laburnum(golden chain tree). The Viburnum family is a big one, most are considered shrubs and they do get berries. The golden chain tree does not fruit, to my knowledge.
In any case I do not believe you need to worry about poisoness berries. Usually it is necessary to eat a considerable quantity to cause any trouble. MVG Plant Dr.
