Can anyone tell me what is happening to my ash tree. The leaves are rapidly curling up. The leaves never seem to have grown as they should have. Right now the leaves are still very small and only the leaves that are furthest from the branch are not curled. Is this a bug or a disease? I think I need to do something quick or it won't have any leaves at all. I live in Wisconsin and have been experiencing some problems with this tree for the last two years. Any help would be appreciated.
