There has been the selling of walnut trees in my neck of the woods, which is upstate NY. The people selling the trees ran an action ad in the paper which state that buyer had to cut and remove the trees and cuttings. They were old trees like yours and they sold for 10,000 to 15,000 each so you can use that data as your base. Try and ask a logger in your area on how to estamate the boardfeet of your trees. I am not sure, but I know the measure the diameter and the height, but I dont remember from there on. 1 boardfoot is measured at 1 inch thick x 12 inches wide and 12 inches long. That is the best I can do for now
: : : : : We have several walnut trees. We are interested in selling these trees. Do you know about how much they are worth. These trees are very old. We live in Iowa.

How old is "very old"? What are they growing in? Are you wanting to sell them for lumber? Sorry, need more info. We are told these trees around 100 years old. They are in a yard. Yes, we are interested in selling them for lumber.

Did anyone ever find an answer on how to sell walnut trees? We live in Illinois and have 3-4 huge ones on our lot too. Interested in selling as well.
