: I have a lot of small dogwood trees that I grew last year they are about 6 to 12 inches tall when should I transplant them and how far apart.

JOE: This is a job for early spring before the leaves emerge. Spacing for the first 2 to 3 years can be about 2' apart then transplant to final spacing of 10' to 15' apart. MVG Plant Dr.
