: Help me! I don't know what is wrong with my azalea bush.
It is withering and the leaves are turning brown, drying up, and falling off.
The flowers used to be a brilliant shade of dark pink, and now they are almost a whitish-pink color.
What should I do to save my plant? It has the correct kind of soil, gets plenty of water, and a moderate amount of sunlight during the day.
DIANE: It doesn't sound like the plant is happy. If your water quality is not good or you occassionally allow the plant root system to dry a little to severely the plant will respond in the manner you describe.
Some questions: Is the plant in a pot? Is the plant indoors? How long has it been in this pot and how long have you had the plant?
