Trumpet Vine

I have a mature Trumpet Vine from which I've harvested
the seed pods for two years and have,(as Carl Sagen
might have said), "billions and billions" of seeds.

I have two acres of desert land in Northern Arizona
that is well fenced..and have a desire to decorate the
fence with Trumpet Vines every three feet..or so..

How to plant them, (the seeds) for growing new plants?
and how to water? Should I use a potting soil in the
hole..aka: seed bed? Should I try to grow new plants in
pots and transplant?..if so..when? at what size?

We are blessed with aprox 350 days a year of sunshine
and even tho the temp. sometimes drops to the 30's
it seldom freezes.
