My neighbor has bamboo plants all along his side of the backyard fence we share. Several years ago they started coming up on my side of the fence. They still do but this year they've also begun coming up in my front yard, my flowerbeds and I saw one the other day coming up right next to the foundation. I cut them down as soon as I see them but they're beginning to take over and I don't relish spending my summer cutting bamboo out of my yard each day.
Is there anyway to get rid of these plants or at least to prevent them from popping up in my yard each year?
