Bouganvilla HELP!

I recently purchased a 1 gallon size Bouganvilla in bloom. I live in Northern Virginia and know absolutely nothing about this plant. Indoor/Outdoor? Full Sun? Watering? Growth habits? tree? vining? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
