The bushes have long thorns and the leaves tend to grow wherever there is a thorn, they look similiar to a rounded maple leaf. the fruit is the size of Grapes, however they dont grow in a bunch. They have been green until very recently now some are begining to turn redish purple. I broke into one of the berries or fruits and they have many many seeds inside. does anyone have a guess at what this might be ?? are they edible?? any help or guidence would be appreciated . -Thanks in advance -Todd
I fairly certain it's a gooseberry bush.
