75% of what I ordered died also.
I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Michigan bulb for over two months. I received one email from them telling me they were unable to respond to my eariler emails and I needed to "re-email" them, and guess what...??? NO ONE RESPONDS. THEIR FRIGGING NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY AND NOW THEIR WEB SITE WILL NOT PULL UP. I WANT MY $160.00 BACK.
