I placed a big order with them in May 2001 and only received half of it at the end of June by calling them on the phone. And that was not easy to do, it seems like they must keep the phone off the hook and their fax line too. They still owe me quite abit of merchandise. I've been trying for weeks to get a hold of them with no success. My blood is really starting to boil.
