My freid ordered some Michigan Bulb items in March of 2001. What she ordered came to her dried out and dead. I have emailed Michigan Bulb for her and got a response that the rest of the spring order will be out in the next 2 weeks. Well to say she got no order in the next few weeks. So she faxed them and they never even answered her. Well It has been 5 months since she placed her order and she still hasn't received it. Let's all get together and file a complaint with the Better Busines Bureau. They will listen to our complaints, unlike Michigan Bulb. Maybe now we can get some ANSWERS.
