I received a amarillis in the begining of Oct.It was about 3-4 inches tall from dirt to tip of the leaf. I put it on top of the fridge. Gave it a spritz of water every other day to keep the dirt moist. Well it took off for the ceiling.My Mother sugested giving it some plant food for flowering plants. Ok. I got Miricle Grow(I checked the box first) gave it a good dose. NO LIE....without exaggerating, she grew 1-2 inches a day!!!!! DO THEY GROW THAT FAST? I had to take it off the fridge it was almost hitting the ceiling. Last measurment was 32INCHES and it bloomed with 2 flowers on Thanksgiving Day and theres 2 more in bud. AFTER IT'S DONE BLOOMING, WHEN WILL THAT BE? AND WHAT DO I DO THEN FOR NEXT YEAR?
