I recently installed a flagstone patio and would like to begin growing a groundcover between the cracks. Grass is an easy choice, but I would prefer a lower maintenance, and more interesting choice. I have read about using herbs as ground cover, but so many choices...I have heard about woolly thyme, or corsican mint. Can someone recommend a variety? . The patio has good drainage (i.e. it's a terrace) and will receive full sun most of the day and will receive a fair amount of kid/dog traffic. What is the best method for planting and propogating herbs in this situation? Thanks!
