With 38 years of history and an excellent reputation, MVG produces ornamentals for both retail and wholesale markets.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Garden Center Annuals Associates: Helping customers with annual plants, handling plants, watering, and unloading shipments of annuals.
Garden Center Perennials Associates: Helping customer with perennials plants, handling plants, watering, and unloading shipments of perennials.
Garden Center Tree & Shrub Associate: Daily activities could include potting container plants, pruning, staking, weeding, watering, assisting customers, and much more. Must be a team player but also capable of thoroughly finishing tasks independently.
Landscape Department: Flexible in daily activities: from general carpentry, to assisting with landscape plants and projects, to dressing for work according to the environment.
Maintenance: Flexible in daily activities from general carpentry, plumbing and HVAC, to assisting team members with plant products.
Cashier/Customer Service Garden Center & Gift Shop: Greeting customers, answering phone calls, operating cash register, and restocking inside the store.
Delivery & Installation: Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and have a professional appearance. The position requires physical work and heavy lifting outdoors.

(IF FULL-TIME, AN ADDITIONAL DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK IS GIVEN SO THAT TOTAL DAYS WORKED PER WEEK = 5 DAYS).
Applicants must be at least 16 years old. The State of Ohio’s Minor Labor Laws require applicants 16-17 years old must complete both an Application for a Minor Work Permit “Print Here” and a Parent or Guardian Consent Form “Print Here”.
Essential functions of all Meadow View staff members are standing for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, the ability to lift up to 45 lbs., must be aware of environmental allergens, comfortable working in adverse climate conditions, and the ability to pass a pre-screening drug test.
