Learn to take fresh garden veggies and turn them into a sassy salsa your family and friends will love. We will use a pressure canner in this class. Each participant will make and take home their own pint-sized jar of salsa and get a Ball Blue Book for Canning. (Class size limited to 12 people. Salsa is for personal consumption only, not for resale.)
